Our Vision

Every Christian a Mission Agency. 64 nations. Self-funded.

A web of small discipleship schools, alongside the local church, helping every believer become someone who can train others.

Proven for years · Multiplying now

For most of church history, missions has been carried by a small number of full-time workers, sent and supported by faithful churches. That model has produced extraordinary fruit. It still does.

It also has limits. There are not enough full-time workers for the size of the field. There never have been. Pastors know this better than anyone — the harvest is plentiful, the laborers are few.

What if the next wave of laborers does not need to be hired? What if every disciplined believer could be trained, equipped, and released to multiply — without leaving their job, their family, or their local church?

That is the vision. The local church remains the home. The pastor remains the shepherd. What changes is what an ordinary disciple in the pew is now able to do.

This is not theory. The model has been running for years, in difficult places, with multiplying groups already on the ground. What works in the hardest environment travels everywhere else.

A note for pastors

This school is built to support existing churches, not replace them. We do not plant churches. We do not pull people out of yours. We train believers to disciple the people God has already put in front of them — their colleagues, their neighbours, their families — and to do that work under your covering, not around it.

One unexpected fruit from years of running this: it brings unity. Believers from different denominations sit in the same group, learn the same Scripture, and walk together — without anyone losing their home church.

If you have ever wished your most faithful members could disciple others without you carrying the entire load, this is built for that. It is yours to use.

The Architecture

Seven layers, one vision.

Each layer rests on the one below it. The reason at the foundation. The reach at the top.

64 NATIONS 7 REACH Worldwide presence Real disciples in real countries 6 ANCHOR Matthew 28 carried forward Standing inside the Great Commission 5 FORM House churches alongside the church Small groups, eating, praying, multiplying 4 NETWORK Joseph Groups + 2 Timothy 2:2 chains Four generations — every group has a project 3 AGENT Every Christian a Mission Agency Equipped to disciple in their own street 2 FOUNDATION Tentmaker economics Self-supporting workers — Paul made tents 1 THE REASON A stronger next generation Better tools. Same Gospel. Honour the path.

Read it from the bottom up. Each layer answers why the layer above it exists. The wider the foundation, the higher the reach.

Seven Layers

What we are building.

The diagram above shows the architecture. The paragraphs below explain each layer. Together they form one vision: ordinary believers, trained well, multiplying across the nations.

7Reach

64 nations. Worldwide.

Not a metaphor. A real number, in real countries, with real disciples being trained and multiplying. The earth is the field. Nothing less is the goal.

6Anchor

Matthew 28 carried forward.

The Great Commission has been the work of the church for two thousand years. We stand inside that work, not outside it. Our part is to add new tools to a very old assignment, so the next generation can carry it further than ours could.

5Form

Mini house churches alongside the local church.

Small groups of disciples who meet, study, eat, pray, and multiply — gathered around their local church, not in competition with it. Already running, in real homes, with real groups multiplying. Tested by 2,000 years of history. Now scalable in a way previous generations could not have imagined.

4Network

A web of Joseph Groups and 2 Timothy 2:2 chains.

Each group trains the next. Four generations in one verse: Paul to Timothy to reliable people to others. Every group has a project — something they hear God call them to do, and then do together. The credential is not a certificate. It is the chain of people you have helped become disciples who can disciple others.

3Agent

Every Christian equipped to disciple. Every Christian a Mission Agency.

Pastors and missionaries carry a calling that not every believer shares. But every believer can be trained to walk with one or two others — in their home, their workplace, their street. This frees pastors to do what only pastors can do, while ordinary disciples carry the rest.

2Foundation

Tentmaker economics. Self-supporting workers.

Paul made tents. Lydia ran a business. Most of the early disciples paid for the gospel from their own work. We are recovering that pattern: believers who can fund their own discipleship, support their own church, and have something left to give. Less burden on the church. More freedom for the worker.

1The reason

So that the next generation of workers is stronger than the last.

Many faithful men and women have given their whole lives to this work, often at great cost. We honour that. The next generation can stand on their shoulders and reach further. Better tools. Better training. Better support. Same Gospel.

“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.”
