The Problem
Everyone is building AI tools for humans.
Nobody is building humans for AI tools. A free tutor that is used badly produces confident wrong answers at zero cost. A child who cannot evaluate AI output does not learn. A staff member who trusts every answer without checking is not being productive. They are being shaped by a system whose reasoning is hidden and whose values were chosen by an engineering team they have never met.
This product teaches the layer underneath. How to think when AI is doing the thinking. How to evaluate when the confident answer might be wrong. How to maintain judgment when delegation is the rational default. How to know what should not be delegated at all.

Session 1 · 90 Minutes
What AI Actually Is
How transformers generate text. Prediction, not comprehension. Live demonstration: AI produces an equally confident fabrication and correct answer. Your team identifies fabrications in 5 AI-generated statements without searching the internet. Everyone explains AI text generation in 60 seconds to a partner.
Church: Genesis 2:7. God formed man from dust, then breathed life. AI processes the dust. It does not possess the breath.
Session 2 · 90 Minutes
The DAVID Protocol
D = Diagnose the source. A = Accept responsibility. V = Verify independently. I = Inspect for bias. D = Document your process. Your team applies this on real work tasks from their actual job. Hallucination detection drill: 4 AI outputs, 3 minutes each, scores tracked.
Church: Acts 17:11. The Bereans examined the Scriptures to see if what Paul said was true. The DAVID Protocol is the Berean method applied to AI output.
Session 3 · 90 Minutes
Whose Values Shaped This Model?
Training data, reward functions, RLHF. The Golden Gate Bridge experiment: researchers adjusted model weights and created an obsession. The same mechanism operates in every model. Groups compare the same question across three AI models. Each participant writes a 200-word AI Position Statement for their organization.
Church: Jeremiah 10:23. Every AI tutor given to every child carries a worldview chosen by an engineering team, not by the child, the parent, or the church.
Verification Standards
Not self-reported. Measured.
Session 1
Explain AI text generation in plain language (60-second verbal test). Identify fabrications in 4 of 5 cases.
Session 2
Detect hallucinations in 3 of 4 live tests. Apply DAVID Protocol on one real work task. Produce output you would sign.
Session 3
Identify value bias in 2 of 3 AI responses. Articulate why different models produce different outputs. Produce a 200-word AI Position Statement.
The Credential
Expires in 90 days. On purpose.
Skills decay without use. AI changes monthly. A credential that never expires becomes meaningless. This one verifies you are capable now, not that you were trained once. Renewal requires demonstrating current capability on updated exercises. The AI landscape shifts. The verification shifts with it. The human stays current or the credential lapses.
